Building on the very successful Flarebox Sole Editor package , the Multi Editor package adds comprehensive security systems to allow flexibility in who maintains the website and who views it.
From 2 users to 1000s each user can be given a different combination of pages / content types they can maintain; and on the front end, different menus, and security against the pages of your choice allows you to build a number of discrete mini sites within your website.
In the admin system, this level is all about discrete access for those who maintain the website. If your organisation has different sets of people who each need to maintain 'their' section of the website then with this level you can do it - set up groups of users, (from 1 to 1000s) each group having the ability to maintain the whole site, or as little as one part of a page - you choose the level of security the site does the rest.
This makes this level very useful for schools and equivalent organisations - e.g. allow the English department to edit their pages, but not the History Department's pages etc.
With the front-end security, set up any combinations of pages for different groups of people to allow you to choose who can see what content, make some available to guest viewers and reserve some for internal use, or set up ad-hoc pages for specific clients to view.
With Flarebox's multi-site capability built in you can use multiple wrappers and multiple menus to create as many separate websites as you like within the same domain, e.g. www.domain.com & www.domain.com/uk/ could look totally different. Use this for different business streams / departments or simply different viewer audiences.
Incredibly flexible, this level of Flarebox really goes beyond most CMS systems - allowing you to run literally thousand of micro sites from the one domain, e.g.:
Church - provide one look and feel for the main site / another for the history of the building / another for the youth work / another for the children / etc.
Multi-national business - provide a different look and feel / micro-site for each country
Commercial Group - provide a different website for each group business.
Multi-market organisation - provide a different website for each of your markets (e.g. standard products / professional version products).
